August’s Big Boy Bed
August finally transitioned from a crib to a big toddler bed! At first, we were waiting for him to be out of pull-ups at nighttime, which happened soon after he turned three, and then when he started climbing out of his crib all the time a few months ago, we knew it was definitely time. He was so excited! Love my big boy!
A-U-G-U-S-T!
August has been spelling his name the past few weeks! Such a big boy:)
First Egg
We got our very first egg on August 20th from our Sapphire Gem hen, Bellatrix Black, whom we call “Blackie” for short. She has laid 9 eggs in a row since that first day (we’re pretty sure she’s the only one laying so far). We can’t wait until our other hens start laying so we don’t have to buy eggs anymore!
