This week, Christian:
*Went on his first walk outside! After the record-breaking 76 degree weather we had on his birthday, the temperatures have been hanging out well below freezing for almost 3 weeks. We finally got a 50 degree day this past weekend to go on our first walk, and the rest of the week will be mostly in the 60s, hooray!
*Played on his play mat for the first time!
*Had a lot of brother and sissy time since they only had school for 1.5 days this week
*Is starting to fill out his newborn clothes
*Still sleeping most of the time waking every 2ish hours to nurse—including at nighttime which is every 2-3ish hours but seems to be a little more frequent lately. He’ll also usually have about two longer periods of wakefulness usually in morning and evening
*Has been a little more uncomfortable after some of his nighttime feeds making grunting sounds—but still goes back to sleep easier than I remember Scarlett and August doing (we would sometimes have to walk around with Scarlett and August was colicky in the evenings from about 3 to 6 weeks or so)
*He is a very easygoing and happy baby and usually only gets mad when he’s hungry or you put him down for too long (prefers to be held or in baby carrier)
