The 2022 Christmas season was as magical and special as ever with the babies! We enjoyed finding new traditions, like visiting a Christmas tree farm, and had so much fun revisiting old traditions like walking through the lights at Garden Glow and baking Christmas cookies. It’s been almost 3 months since Christmas but these memories will last a lifetime:)
This year we got our tree the day after Thanksgiving—the earliest we’ve ever put up our tree. We were so excited to try the cut-your-own experience at Heritage Valley Christmas Tree Farm, and it did not disappoint! We look forward to making this a family tradition for years to come.
Scarlett wanted to put up their little bedroom trees early this year too:)

Writing letters to Santa 
It took a couple days to get around to decorating the tree—the kids (well Scarlett mostly) did most of the decorating this year 
Video proof showed that it was indeed Scarlett’s turn to put the star up this year;)

We did Garden Glow early this year on December 1st. It was a great night to go, not too crowded at all.

We found the reindeer! Last year was the first year we missed seeing them, so we were happy to find them at the museum of transportation this year.

Our power went out on the coldest day of the year, so a cozy fire was necessary. 
Playing in the snow in the freezing cold—I think the temp was like 18-20 degrees or something brutal. They still stayed out for an hour though, the crazy houligans😆
