After a fun summer with lots of great memories, it’s already back to school for the kiddos. They had a great first day! We are so thankful that they both have amazing teachers, which makes their absence just a tiny bit easier knowing they are in good, loving hands. I can’t believe we have a kindergartner and first grader!
The night before August’s 1st day of kindergarten! Someone surprised us by dropping off this yard sign.

We listened to the kindergarten teachers read “The Night Before Kindergarten” and then put magic confetti his teacher gave him under their pillows:) 
We got a few pics before we had to leave to get to school on time. 
Walking in—I love how exciting they make it for the students: music, bubbles, staff lined up to cheer them on as they enter the building for their first day of school,)

August did great at drop off! Dada had a little bit of a hard time leaving though:) 
We stayed for chapel—it was fun to see all the excitement for the start of a new year. 
It was a short day (half day) so I made them take a few more pics when they got home:)
