Scarlett’s 5th Birthday Posted on May 11, 2020 by kristen 0 Scarlett’s big day began with balloons, birthday bear, and the birthday princess song!August enjoyed it just as much as on his birthday:)Present time!A fish tank for her very own fish!A vintage Popples game that mama found on eBay! This game got brought up somehow and Scarlett kept asking about it, and who knew I would actually find it.Also a Dustbuster for them to help clean;)A big girl tea set!Rainbow sprinkler from FL Gma & PoppyScarlett’s chose mini blueberry muffins, fruit yogurt, and orange juice for her birthday breakfast.Testing out her new tea set (we’ll see how long it goes before it breaks—Scarlett is probably ready for a fancy tea set, but not so much August😂)Special birthday Zoom with her class! They usually have Zoom class on Mondays so it was neat that she got to see her friends and they all sang happy birthday which was really cute.Doing a silly dancing song with her class:)Surprise!!! It’s not everyday that you walk outside your house to your very own personal ZOO! She was pretty blown away I think;)Since we were outside, two of Scarlett’s friends who we are sure have also been staying home stopped by for a short time to see the animals. Scarlett was SO happy to see some friends on her birthday. She hopped right on, that big brave five year old girl! She was 100% in her element.August gave it a try! He got halfway down the driveway and decided that was enough;) I’m proud of him for trying! After a short nap, we played her new game “Pretty Pretty Princess” which has been around since Mama was a kid.Another vintage toy! I told Scarlett about this Ariel doll that I had when I was a kid and we found the original commercial for it on YouTube. She then started saying that she wanted one for her birthday and sure enough I found a used one on eBay that grandma H. bought for her! It still works too!Dada’s pizza for dinner!Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday Bunny Rose, happy birthday to you! Both kids eat their ice cream first and then don’t want the cake🤦♀️Pin the tail on the mermaid! Scarlett played by herself but didn’t seem to care one bit. She also did not technically play the game at all, but rather just stuck everything on without a blindfold.Uh-oh! A baby shark has joined the Under the Sea party!Saying Happy Birthday to her birthday twin!Mama tried to get at least one pic with the birthday girl. Happy 5th Birthday Bunny Rose! We love you so!
