What a fun holiday season we had this year! Each year gets better and better with these babes:) Here’s a look at all the Christmas festivities we enjoyed all December long.

The babes each got there own potted tree to decorate—however, Scarlett had some allergy symptoms so the trees were moved outside to be planted in our yard soon:) Scarlett’s 3rd year putting the star on top:) Decorating their own ornaments to put on the tree! Paper snowflakes to hang on the window in hopes of real snow (which came soon after!). Christmas party with friends. Christmas tree Scarlett We visited Garden Glow a little earlier this year (and on a Sunday even though we usually avoid weekends) since the weather was nice that day. Never disappoints! Our first time making a gingerbread house together at home! Writing a letter to Santa Visiting the BEST Santa ever at the Chesterfield ghost town (mall). This was the first time Scarlett went right up to him! August was definitely more apprehensive, but this Santa got him to warm up to him pretty quickly and we got some cute pictures:) Impromptu photo shoot by our first fire in our fireplace. The kiddos LOVED the cozy fire. Enjoying the first “big” snow of the year! Scarlett’s class Christmas party.
Scarlett’s school Christmas program! Cutest thing ever! Making cookies for Scarlett’s teachers.
This year we did Dinner with Santa at the Zoo! It was a nice change of pace from breakfast and afterward we got to see the Wild Lights. August was still not into the characters and preferred to keep his distance unless Mama was holding him.

Scarlett got a letter back from Santa! Christmas cookie making day! Aka eating dough and sprinkles day. Christmas cookie Day 2 Wrapping gifts that Scarlett picked out at her school Christmas store. She wrapped August’s gift completely by herself!
Christmas Eve service at The Crossing. Christmas Eve dinner at Maggiano’s Getting snacks ready for Santa and his reindeer:) Santa came! Merry Christmas! They were just a little excited. Super excited about her little “sugarplum” fairy that Santa brought. Scarlett was really into opening everyone else’s gifts including Buddy’s, which she threw to him—he didn’t seem to mind:) They followed Santa’s snowy footprints to find new bikes! They must not have been able to fit down the chimney:) Homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast—August turned out not to be a fan, but luckily Poppy was more than happy to accept the leftovers:) Not impressed. Mama didn’t make Dada match this year. Trying out eggnog—it got mixed reviews. Horvath Christmas Day Helping Poppy open his present. Sampling some cookies! Breaking in their new bikes on the gorgeous 70 degree Christmas Day. After stopping to see the lights at Santa’s Magical Kingdom, the babes had their last present opening extravaganza for the day with Florida grandma & poppy on FaceTime:)
Merry Christmas babies! What a wonderful Christmas it was!
