Scarlett read her very first book today!
She has been showing a lot of interest lately in learning to write her name and other letters, so I bought her a handwriting book to support the program her school uses—and Amazon suggested I also purchase some Bob Books (a book set for beginning readers). Of course, Scarlett tore into the box and wanted to try it out immediately. She was SOOO excited when she was able to read her very first book all by herself!
