It was so nice celebrating Easter in our new home this Spring—and the the Easter Bunny agrees! He had a little trouble hiding Easter eggs at our apartment last year;) We didn’t make it to church this year—we were going to go on Good Friday but August woke up with a cold. Luckily he was feeling better by Easter Sunday, and it was a fun day filled with Easter baskets, Easter egg hunts, and a yummy brunch at Grandma and Poppy’s house.
I see Bunny prints on the stairs! She must have come through the basement door to find their baskets to fill and hide. Looks like she went out the front door!
I spy August’s basket…
Scarlett found her basket behind a hydrangea bush, or as Scarlett said “in the dirt”.
Unpacking their baskets to make room for Easter eggs. The Bunny brought them rainboats, rain jackets, butterfly/lion bath towels, bath crayons, bubbles, a vegetable garden, little mice in match boxes, and a grocery stand (the Bunny must have seen all the play food on the floor when she came in through the basement and thought we needed a better way to organize it;)
Time to hunt for eggs!
Opening baskets from the Florida Easter Bunny!
The Bunny also came to Grandma & Poppy’s house! They were excited about their baskets, but not about taking a picture;)
Another fun egg hunt!
Happy Easter, my sweet little chicks 🐥
