August is 51 weeks old today!
This week, August:
- Went to the circus! He wasn’t a big fan of the loud noises and spent the majority of the time snuggling into Mama (which she didn’t mind one bit:)
- Tried out his first Gymboree class for his age group! He’s been tagging along to Scarlett’s class since he was born, so it was fun to watch him get to participate in his own class.
- Has taken to throwing his Ellie and bear lovey out of his crib the past few weeks
- He has really been trying to talk the past few weeks—just constantly pointing at stuff and babbling & every once in awhile he will say what sounds like an actual word:)

The Circus McGurkus (what Scarlett referred to it as after reading If I Ran the Circus by Dr. Seuss). August was not a huge fan of the crowd yelling:)
