August is 47 weeks old!
This week, August:
- Took his first road trip to Chicago for Liam’s 3rd birthday party!
- Officially has one top tooth with a second on the way
- Crawling on hands & knees 50% of the time
- Pulling up to kneeling constantly
- When you pick him up he immediately starts pointing at everything around him and oohing and ahhing and “naming” objects in baby speak
- Likes to find mama’s bellybutton
- Likes drinking from his sippy cup and tries (and often succeeds) at stealing sips from sissy’s or mama’s water
Memories from August’s 47th week:
Reading bedtime stories in Liam’s cute bedroom our first night in Chicago—Liam wasn’t home yet (flying in from NYC) but they got to see him in the morning!
Playing with Liam and his other cousins, Andres & Nikolai. Liam has some fun toys!

Driving home after a fun weekend with family. August only took one short nap, but he was content the whole way home so I’ll take it:)
