August is 9 weeks old today!

This week, August:

• Turned 2 months old! (Post to follow shortly)
• Had his 2-month checkup today–healthy boy!
• Had another week of fuss-free evenings
• First time swinging (with mama:)
• First grocery store trip as a family of four to Whole Foods
• Went on some more outings with mama and Scarlett: Suson Park, Gymboree, Storytime at Barnes & Noble in Fenton, and Bee Tree Park
• Still has gunky eyes–blocked tear ducts according to pediatrician

2-month checkup! Dr. Shaw says August exceeds expectations and is developmentally ahead of the game:) It was a good appointment until the stupid shots–boo!!

He had a good day after his shots until his afternoon nap–he woke up with some pretty sore legs so we gave him some children’s Tylenol which helped a bit.

We love you baby boy!!!
