Scarlett used her big girl potty for the first time today! Grandma bought it for her about two weeks ago, and while she was VERY excited about it the day it first arrived, she hasn’t been too interested in it since, other than sitting on it/standing in it/taking it apart while mama goes potty. The first day mama explained what it was for and we practiced saying “potty” then taking her diaper off and sitting down on it, but other than that we haven’t really been encouraging her to use it. Tonight she just randomly said “potty” and went into the bathroom, came back out to put bear in his “waiting spot” (we did this that first day we were practicing), said “pants” and “dipe” for mama to take off, and then she just sat down and went peepee. Big girl! ❤️
