I am ten weeks old today–finally double-digits:)
This week I…
- I’m starting to tolerate tummy time better–I can go for longer periods of time instead of immediately crying
- I’m really starting to lift my head to look around (especially at lights and ceiling fans) while being carried on Mom or Dad’s shoulder
- I enjoy “singing” along with Mommy and making a lot of different sounds
- I’m starting to enjoy grabbing for things and putting them in my mouth (burp clothes, the dress in the above picture, mom and dad’s shirts, blankets, and especially my hands)
- Had my first shots at the doctor:( I really didn’t like it when it was happening, but I recovered really well! I was very sleepy for a few days afterwards though
- Got to visit with Aunt Jessica, Uncle Greg, & cousin Liam
- I was baptized with my cousin Liam on Sunday, July 12th!

At my two-month doctor checkup, I weighed 12 lbs. 9 oz. and measured 22.5 inches long!
I had to get shots, which wasn’t fun:( But I recovered quickly!
Those shots sure made me sleepy! I was so tired, I passed out as soon as I hit the mamaroo–I couldn’t be bothered to put my arms and legs down
